To begin with, I am a COVID-19 survivor who suffers from having a compromised immune system (from Type 1 Diabetes) who suffered for weeks in 2020 (and again in 2022) with every symptom; high fever, severe body aches, loss of taste and smell, severe respiratory distress, and lethargic fatigue. Having personally experienced the Coronavirus, I can testify to the effects from one of many dangerous health threats we face today. Every home, business, and vehicle we treat brings me great personal satisfaction because I am improving the lives of others and the environment we all share. FYI – all “vaccines” and boosters are next to worthless as we now know.
Most people spend the majority of their lives indoors at home or at work. Both of these locations unless properly maintained, endanger us to some extent every day.
Indoor health threats every we can address include allergens and pathogens.
Allergens such as pollen, mold spores, dust mites, pet dander, and mildew cause severe allergic reactions to millions every year. Whether at home or work place allergens only increase if not eliminated. Almost all of these allergens are microscopic and traditional cleaning will not address them.
Pathogens such as viruses and bacteria can be carried by humans and other mammals. They are greater threats since they are mobile. Being social animals, the human race’s need to interact with one another is a force multiplier for these threats, and todays’ level of globalization has increased the potential spread of either of them. This means that as the number of people exposed to pathogens (like COVID) increases, the reproductive speed and strength of variants does as well.
With these threats in mind, I researched the safest and most lethal way to eliminate them. I use a solution that is naturally occuring in the human body. It is totally safe for all mammals and is lethal to every known pathogen. I apply it electrostatically which guarantees total surface coverage microscopically. That means 100% coverage without overwetting or damage to electronics.
IMD Disinfection Services applies the safest, most effective solutions quickly and efficiently by people who care. That is why you should contact us to start making your world healthier.

Environmental Health for Compromised Immune Systems
Immune systems can be compromised temporarily or permanently from disease, genetic defects, medication, or having an overactive immune system. The environmental health of where you spend the majority of your time affects your health and the health of everyone around you.
There are more than 200 different forms of Primary Immune Deficiency Diseases (PIDDs). These conditions basically weaken the bodies ability to fight off bacteria and viruses. Several of the most common PIDDs include; Lupus, HIV/AIDS, CVID (Common Variable Immunodeficiency), SCID (Severe Combined Immunodeficiency), and IID (Innate Immune Defects).
Temporary / Acquired immune deficiencies are primarily caused by medications (the cocktails used during Chemotherapy being the most familiar) but also include organ/bone marrow transplants, advanced age (65 and above), and smoking.
An overactive immune system reacts violently to substances in the environment that are normally harmless. These are called allergens. Having an allergic reaction is the most common example of an overactive immune system. Dust, mold, pollen, and foods are examples of allergens.
Some conditions caused by an overactive immune system are:
- Severe Allergic reaction. Symptoms include constriction of the airways and trouble breathing, weak and rapid pulse, nausea, vomiting, Dizziness or fainting, or anaphylactic shock.
- Asthma. The response in your lungs can cause respiratory distress with coughing, wheezing, and trouble breathing. Asthma can be triggered by allergens like dust and pollen, or by an irritant like tobacco smoke.
- Eczema. When allergens cause an itching/burning rash known as atopic dermatitis.
- Allergic rhinitis. Sneezing, runny nose, sniffling, and swelling of your nasal passages from indoor allergens like dust and pets or outdoor allergens like pollens or molds.
Here is a review about our environmental health service posted here; https://imd-disinfecting-services.business.site
“I am the primary caregiver to my 85 year old father, who suffers from congestive heart failure. His immune system is compromised due to a heart valve replacement and to make our home safer I use IMD to electrostatically treat it. The solution was applied quickly (the entire 1500 square foot house was treated in under 2 hours) and safely (we didn’t even have to leave). I researched the solution they used and was surprised such a compound actually existed. The solution dried within 20 minutes and left the house smelling incredibly fresh, even the basement which suffers from condensation and occasional seepage. These conditions create a typical New England basement smell (like a root cellar) and if left untreated, mold can develop which is dangerous to anyone’s health. The service has eradicated health dangers to me and my father and I highly recommend it to anyone who has or cares for someone with a compromised immune system. Quite frankly, my peace of mind is worth 100 times the cost. Thank you Ian!”
You can address these threats to the Compromised Immune Systems of those you care about by having your home and business electrostatically treated with safe, effective solutions that destroy ALL pathogens harmful to humans. At IMD Disinfection Services thats what we do, contact us when you are ready to start living safer and healthier.

Important Facts about COVID in 2021 vs. 2020
In the United States recorded 31.7 million new COVID-19 cases in 2021, which is an increase of 58% from less than 20 million in 2020.
Younger age groups experienced an increase in COVID-19 cases in 2021 and Non-Hispanic white Americans were the racial / ethnic group most disproportionately affected by COVID-19 deaths.
Looking Ahead to 2022
Debating whether these increases merely reflect increased testing efforts or actual increases in cases is irrelevant; fully vaccinated and asymptomatic people infected with the coronavirus are known to infect others so passive measures to defeat or contain the pandemic will fail. The variants will continue to evolve faster with more evade immune properties (demonstrated by the Delta and Omicron). Additionally, globalization enables the variants to move farther, faster than previous pandemics.
The world death toll has reached holocaust proportions in a fraction of the time. History has shown us that no vaccine has ever eradicated a pandemic and even the most draconian measures applied uniformly can only marginally influence a pandemic. The political rhetoric about masks and vaccines only serves to divide and distract people from addressing the real issue; eliminating the threat.
That is what we do at IMD; we actively eliminate COVID (and all other viruses), bacteria, mold spores (including black mold), fungi, and other harmful pathogens. We do this quickly and efficiently making your home or workplace safer and you healthier.

What is electrostatic spraying and how does it work?
IMD uses the latest electrostatic sprayers utilizing advanced technology to apply disinfecting solutions. They’re based on the principle that opposite electrical charges attract. If you take the “positive” end of a magnet and put it against the “negative” end of another magnet, they attract and stick. If you put the positive ends of two magnets together, however, they repel each other. An electrostatic sprayer is a device that electrically charges disinfectant, giving the solution a positive charge. Electrostatic sprayers use this principle to ensure fast, even coverage of the disinfecting agent. As the solution is combined with air and atomized by an electrode inside the sprayer it exits with a positive charge. The solution is attracted to and evenly covers all (negative and neutral) exposed surfaces uniformly and evenly. Surfaces that are already covered will force the solution to spread out, making it the fastest, most efficient and cost effective way to disinfect. Hard to reach three dimensional areas like desks, floors, walls, doors, and any equipment are covered without over wetting like conventional sprayers. Conventional sprayers only utilize the initial force coming out of the sprayer and gravity to achieve coverage, achieving inferior coverage that is also wasteful and causes pooling of the solution which can cause damage to surfaces and electrical equipment. Electrostatic technology allows IMD Disinfection to provide the fastest, most economical disinfection for our customers.
Features and Benefits of electrostatic spraying versus conventional spraying include
- Faster more effective coverage of all surfaces and hard-to-reach places compared to conventional methods
- Perfect coverage for all touch point coverage including handrails, elevator buttons, door knobs and push bars
- Ionized mist bonds to surfaces with tight clearances such as computer keyboards, registers, appliances, and manufacturing equipment
- Touch less application which reduces cross contamination of all surfaces
- Applies chemicals in a more efficient, controlled manner, eliminating the dangers of over wetting/damage to surfaces and equipment
- Effectively covers more area in less time using less solution which lowers operating costs for us and cost of service to our customers
Comparison chart of the choices for disinfection technology is shown below. As a baseline, hand spraying/aerosol application has an even wetter footprint, longer dwell time, costs more in terms of solution used and labor to apply, suffers from the lowest coverage and consistent application, and is the most damaging to all forms of equipment (personal, office, electrical, and manufacturing).

Using electrostatic technology IMD enables farmers to utilize natural soil, synthetic medium, or hydroponic systems and maximize yields while eliminating mold/mildew/rot on their crops. It enables farmers to apply specific grow cycle (growth/flower/flush) nutrients to all above-ground growth (including undersides of leaves). There is no better way to feed and protect your investment.
Simply stated, the advantages of electrostatic spraying versus all other application methods put it into a class by itself which is why IMD Disinfection chooses to utilize this method.

Bacteria and Viruses; are the most dangerous health threats that we face. Let’s review them.
Bacteria and Viruses are micro-organisms that can’t be seen by the human eye and their lethal illnesses display many of the same symptoms. The main difference between the two on a biological level is that bacteria cells can live inside or outside a body, while viruses require a host to survive. Many bacteria are helpful: in our stomach; digestive bacteria allows us to absorb food, in soil by adjusting nitrogen and decomposing organic material. Similarly, not all viruses are bad—we now know there are also beneficial viruses present in our bodies that can kill undesirable bacteria and other, more dangerous viruses.
Bacteria and Viruses are all around us
Bacteria and viruses may not be visible to the naked eye, but they are all around us in truly incredible numbers. In our oceans, there are roughly 10 billion times more bacteria than there are stars in the known universe. The millions of viruses that exist on our planet laid end to end would stretch for a distance of 100 million light-years. Most micro-organisms live harmlessly in/on our bodies outnumbering human cells by 10 to 1 and playing a vital role in human health. Pathogens are a subset of micro-organisms that cause disease and include strains of bacteria, fungi, viruses, helminths, and protozoa. Only 1% of the world’s known microbial population is pathogenic to humans— approximately 1400 species.
At IMD our solutions effectively kill ALL known pathogens safely and quickly.
What are Viruses, what are Bacteria?
Viruses are biological entities consisting of genetic material (single or double-stranded DNA/RNA) within a protective cellular wall. Like bacteria, they are microscopic and assume different shapes and sizes such as spirals, cylinders, and cylindrical shapes. Because viruses don’t have the same components as bacteria, they cannot be killed by antibiotics; only antiviral medications or vaccines can eliminate or reduce the severity of a viral disease. Viruses cause a wide range of diseases including the common cold, flu, herpes simplex virus, AIDS, Ebola, Zika, MERS, measles, smallpox, and SARS (including the current pandemic of COVID19). Bacteria are free-living cells (microscopic prokaryotes – the oldest, smallest, and simplest cells), that can live inside or outside a body and can be a rod, spiral or spherical in shape. There are two types of bacteria: Gram-negative or positive. Gram-negative bacteria have an outer membrane that acts as an extra line of defense making it harder for antibiotics to penetrate. The solution IMD uses destroys cellular walls of all Viruses and Bacteria through oxidation, causing the pathogen to collapse before being consumed.
Infectious diseases caused by bacteria and viruses are responsible for killing well over half of mankind. Bacterial infections started several major pandemics such as the bubonic plague (Black Death) which killed 50-60 million Western Europeans during the 14th Century). Viruses are biological entities consisting of genetic material (single or double-stranded DNA/RNA) within a protective cellular wall. Like bacteria, they are microscopic and assume different shapes and sizes such as spirals, cylinders, and spherical shapes.
How to Combat Bacteria and Viruses
Active and Passive resistance in the following forms;
Vaccinations – being vaccinated and staying current with boosters
Social distancing – 6 feet is the bare minimum
Situational awareness – being mindful of those around you for symptoms and avoiding high-risk areas
Quarantining – follow the current CDC guidelines for anyone testing positive
Disinfecting – have your living and working spaces disinfected regularly
